Register Your Business

Use this guide when setting up RetailHub Pro for a new company for the first time.

Goal

Create the business account and the first admin account.

Who should do this

  • Business owner
  • Lead administrator

Where to start

Open the public registration page:

  • /register

Steps

  1. Enter the business details. Include the business name, email, phone, address, city, state, and ZIP or postal code if applicable.
  2. Choose the business currency. This becomes the default currency for the business.
  3. Create the primary admin account. Add the username, email, password, and the admin's first and last name.
  4. Accept the terms.
  5. Submit the registration form.

Expected result

After successful registration:

  • the business is created
  • the first admin account is created
  • you can sign in and access the main application

Common mistakes

  • Using a business name that already exists
  • Using an admin email that is already registered
  • Leaving the currency blank
  • Entering mismatched passwords
